Meet The Coach: Jim Radford, Founder & President

Jim's career began in the 1970s and includes remarkable achievements such as creating an Outward Bound-style program for returning Vietnam veterans and leading the Providence Program, a U.S. Justice Department National Exemplary Program. His experience spans roles as Executive Vice President for a national firm, Executive Director of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in New York City, and the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine Foundation.

With a rich background in teaching Anthropology and Sociology, Jim has consulted on fundraising, organizational development, and strategic planning for numerous nonprofits, including educational institutions, religious organizations, theaters, hospitals, and social service groups. His personalized coaching sessions draw from his vast experience and deep understanding of the nonprofit sector.
